Washington Post review of MEMORY’S LAST BREATH: “When dementia came on at age 61, she began writing about it”
Peter found this review in the Washington Post today.
Dearest friends, thanks so much for all your support before and since the publication of my book this past Tuesday. MEMORY’S LAST BREATH is getting media attention of all kinds–I am so grateful, and somewhat shocked. At the moment I’m not managing to thank each of you personally for your congratulations and kind comments, but I will talk to you one-on-one as soon as the stardust settles. For now, a HUGE thank you to all of you. xoxox
Aliya showing us a “baby ladybug” that she found in the sand; after we all admired it, she put it by “the mommie” that I had earlier found.
Fortunately I am still an Ouma–nothing like refurbishing the sand play area in our back garden with Dante (4) and Aliya (7) to keep my feet–my knees, indeed–on the ground!
